Littleworth Farm

In 1932, a boundary change was made from Forest Hill with Shotover to Wheatley and from Horspath to Wheatley of an area which has been roughly calculated to match the area of the 38-acre Littleworth Farm, bought by the Fowler brothers in 1899, see record 2757. Effectively, it covers all the expansion of Littleworth.

The railway had compromised the operation of this farm cutting it in two and running extremely close and to the north of the farmhouse now Kelly's Cottage, 22 Littleworth, see record 0883, which became derelict but has now been completely restored and modernised.
