Has a date stone with 'A S 1776'. At some stage it fell into disrepair but was subsequently renovated. Original height restrictions meant that authorities would not allow re-development.
Listing details state 'Small house. 1776 on datestone. Colourwashed coursed limestone rubble and squared quoins; old plain-tile roof and brick gable stacks. 2-unit plan. One-storey plus attics. 2-window front has plank door between 2-light casements, formerly of 3 lights, and all with stone flat arches. Doorway has also been reduced in width. Two 2-light gabled dormers. Datestone above door is inscribed "AS/1776". Interior not inspected'.
