18C building, built of rubble, formerly 2 cottages, The Cot and Linden Lea, later renovated them and combined them into one dwelling called Delft Cottage. Owned between 1900 and 1926 by Frederick Fowler. The village midwife, Caroline East, lived at Linden Lea.

Listing details state 'House. Early/mid C18. Colourwashed limestone rubble and squared quoins with timber lintels; old plain-tile roof and brick gable stacks. 2-unit plan extended to 3. Two storeys. 3-window front has blocked door to right of centre between 2-light casements of earlier section. Added bay to left has present entrance with 2-light casements to left and at first floor. All casements C20. Interior not inspected. Included for group value'.
